KENTUCKY FOOTHILLS THIRD ANNUAL EAGLES NEST CAMP MEETING 2011

The Kentucky Foothills Third Annual Eagles Nest Camp Meeting will be held at the Albany Fairgrounds July 14-16 from 6-7 p.m. The special singers will be The Blantons, The Schofields and Shawna Huesman.

There will be a special youth service. The special preaching will be done by Dr. Todd Br. Zike, Mr. Donnie Bunch and evangelist Mike Blanton. Call for RV hookups—as we have some free limited spaces.

LOVELL REUNION

The Lovell Reunion will be held July 2 beginning at 10 a.m. at the Boston Farm at 579 Boston Rd., Monticello, Ky. The farm is located off Hwy. 1275 between Mill Springs Park and Conley Bottom Road. The reunion is for descendents of Micajah and Matilda Kelly Lovell. A potluck lunch will be served around noon.

 

RICKMAN-WILLIAMS HOME VETERANS ASSISTED CARE

UNITED WAY OF SOUTH CENTRAL KENTUCKY 26TH ANNUAL GOLF SCRAMBLE

The United Way of South Central Kentucky 26th Annual Golf Scramble will be held on Wednesday, August 3, at noon at Eagle's Nest Country Club. There is a four-person scramble format (golfers must wear collared shirts), There is a cost of $75 per player or $300 per team which includes green fees, carts, prizes, mulligans and skirts. The deadline for entries is August 1.

Since the end of March, the American Red Cross has responded to a string of deadly tornadoes and flooding in several states from Mississippi to Montana.
