Grand jury returns eight indictments

8-25-10 —    The Wayne County Grand Jury met on Tuesday, August 17 and returned eight indictments.

    Following are indictments that were returned.

    • Danny Coffey was indicted for criminal mischief first degree and persistent felony offender second degree.

    • Jerry D. Stinson was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine first offense.

    • Michael Bridgeman was indicted on three counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument second degree.

    • Roger Sexton was indicted for receiving stolen property over $500.

    • Patrick M. Clark was indicted for flagrant non-support.

    • Larry Cordell II was indicted for theft by deception over $500.

    • Michael Bridgeman was indicted for flagrant non-support.

    • Eva Daniels and Jimmy Daniels were indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine. Eva Daniels was indicted for persistent felony offender first degree.

    Readers are reminded that grand jury indictments do not indicate guilt, only that further action is necessary in a case. Indictments are public record and are on file in the Wayne Circuit Clerk's Office.
