Wayne Grand Jury meets and returns 29 indictments
Monticello — The Wayne County Grand Jury met on Tuesday, January 19 and returned 29
indictments.
Twenty-four of the indictments were sealed and names of those
individuals will not be released until arrests have been made.
Following are the other indictments:
€ Claude Branham III was indicted for flagrant non-support.
€ Seth David Neal was indicted for flagrant non-support
€ Steven Driggers was indicted for flagrant non-support.
€ Mark Dobbs was indicted for theft by deception over $500.
€ Toni Fisher and Johnny Jay Stephenson were indicted for theft by
unlawful taking over $10,000.
Readers are reminded that grand jury indictments do not indicate guilt,
only that further court action is necessary in a case.
Indictments are public record and are on file in the Wayne Circuit
Clerk's Office.
