Candidates continue to file

Monticello — Four other candidates have added their names to the slate of those who have filed for offices that will appear on the 2010 ballot.

That brings the total so far to 38, including those who have filed with the Kentucky Secretary of State's Office.

Carrie Germain-Walters, a republican, has joined the race for Wayne County Court Clerk.

Robert Riddle, a republican, has filed for District One Constable.

Mike Brown, a republican, has filed for District Two Constable.

Larry E. Rogers, of Russell Springs, has filed as a candidate for 40th District Judge, Division One.

The deadline for filing as a candidate for races that will appear on the May 2010 primary ballot is January 26 at 4 p.m.
