Nellie Mae Stamper, age 88, was born in Booneville, Ky. on August 15, 1921, the daughter of the late Taylor and Martha Beard. She departed this life Monday morning, July 12 at the Golden Years Nursing Home.
She was preceded in death by her husband James Mitchell Bach who passed away January 3, 1969. To this union three children survive-Shirley Reiter of Dunedin, Flordia; Jim Bach of St. Paris, Ohio and Barbara Bach Sanford of Monticello.
She later united in marriage with William Stamper who passed away on January 7, 2008.
Also surviving are three grandchildren-James and Ryan Bach and Kimberly Reiter.
She is preceded in death by her brother-Larry Beard.
As a young lady she accepted Christ as her Savior and became a member of the First Baptist Church of Redding, Ohio. She later attended the Somerset Church of God with her husband William.
The graveside service was held Thursday afternoon at the Rest Haven Memorial Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.
