Melissa Jill Dobbs, age 42, was born in Wayne County on November 9, 1967 the daughter of Betty Lou and the late Kermit H. Bell. She departed this life suddenly Saturday evening, July 17 at the University of Kentucky Hospital in Lexington.
She is survived by her mother.
The funeral service was held Thursday evening in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tracy Humble officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
Hickey and Son Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
