ANDY LEE "DANK" DISHMAN

Andy Lee "Dank" Dishman, age 70, passed away Sunday, February 21, 2010 at his home in the Hidalgo community.
He was born September 7, 1939, the son of the late James "Bob" and Ellie McGinnis Dishman.
On March 5, 1960 he united in marriage with his wife, Nannie Lee Peavie Dishman, who survives.
To this 49 year reunion he is survived by five sons-Gary (wife-Gina), Larry, Charlie (wife-Marsha), Tim (wife-Sarah), and Randy (wife-Jennifer) Dishman; six grandsons-Adam (wife-Kim), Charlie Jr., Bryan, "T", Brandon and James Robert Dishman; great-granddaughter-Kensey; siblings-Dicie Harmon, Lendsey Dishman, Charlie "Zeke", Julie Asbury, Nancy Rains, Simon Todd Dishman, Joann Catron, Julen Dishman, Joseph Dishman and Jody Dishman.
He was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law-Charlotte; and two sisters-infant Molly Dishman and Fairzetta "Jet" Stinson.
He had accepted Christ as his Savior and was a member of the Hidalgo United Baptist Church.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 24, 2010 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Johnny Davis officiating. Burial followed in the Gap Creek Cemetery.
