DARRELL WILLIAM DICK

Darrell William Dick, age 67, lost his battle with cancer at Wayne County Hospital on Thursday, September 24, 2009.
He was born on August 20, 1942, the son of the late John R. and Loie Morrow Dick.
He is survived by siblings-Beulah Ramsey of Mill Springs, Waldo Dick of Amherst, Ohio, Aughdene Stockton of Mill Springs, Virginia Casada of Monticello, Ky., Woodrow Dick of Monticello, Ky., Lovie Tucker of Somerset and Barbara Guffey of Indianapolis, Ind.; and many nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by one sister-Ather Marlene Dick; and one brother-Lonzo Dick.
Darrell had professed his faith in our Lord at an early age.
His last several years were dedicated to taking care of his disabled brother Lonzo, which he did with great love and care. He will be very sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services were held Saturday, September 26, 2009 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Charles Euguene Dick, Bro. Richard Morrow and Bro. Kenneth Dick officiating. Burial followed in the Dick Family Cemetery.
