David Glen Crabtree, age 45, of Cartersville, Ga. passed away Sunday, October 28, 2012 at his home.
He was born August 13, 1967, in Muncie, Ind., the son of Phillip and Lila (Martin) Crabtree, who survive.
He is survived by one daughter‹Samantha Crabtree; one son‹Devan Crabtree.
He is also survived by seven brothers‹Richie, Chad, Matthew, Brock, Adam, Shane and Mark Crabtree; and three sisters‹Terina Dodd, Tammy Curtis and Sheila Yates.
Funeral services were held Friday, November 2, 2012 at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Tracy Humble officiating. Burial was in the Dodson Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: David Glen Crabtree Memorial Fund c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home, 647 North Main St., Monticello, Ky. 42633.
