Cloa Mae Casada, age 81, of Somerset, departed this life on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born January 23, 1929 in the Correll community of Wayne County, Ky. to the late McKinley and Minnie Tucker Flynn.
She was a retired inspector for Gilford Instrumental Laboratories in Ohio and a member of the Liberty Baptist Church in the Kidder community of Wayne County.
Survivors include her brothers-Wayne (and Pauline) Flynn of Bronston, Ky. and Avery Flynn of Bronston, Ky.; several nieces and nephews; two sisters-in-law-Betty Flynn of Bronston, Ky. and Jean Flynn of Somerset.
Preceding her in death was her husband-Russell Casada, whom she married on January 4, 1947 in Somerset and who passed away on December 2, 1982; a son-Ralph Casada; three brothers-James Flynn, Lee Flynn, and John Willie Flynn; and a sister-in-law-Gladys Flynn.
The funeral service was held on Saturday, August 28 at 1 p.m. in the Liberty Baptist Church in Wayne County, Ky. with Bro. Ulanda Price officiating. Burial followed in the Morrow Cemetery.
The family request expressions of sympathy to be made to the Morrow Cemetery Fund.
